Liberty Plant Co. Exchange Policy
At Liberty Plant Co., we take great care in packaging and shipping our plants. Due to the sensitive nature of live plants and tissue cultures, we do not offer refunds. Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:
Exchange Eligibility
- Clear photos of the plant and packaging must be submitted within 1 hour of the delivery time shown by the carrier.
- Photos must clearly show the condition of the plant upon arrival, including any damage to the plant, packaging, or shipping box.
- Failure to provide photo evidence within the required timeframe may void eligibility for an exchange.
Non-Eligible Situations
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Shipping delays caused by the carrier.
- Weather-related damage due to extreme heat, cold, or other environmental conditions during transit.
- Packages left outside after delivery.
- Buyer errors, including incorrect shipping addresses.
- Normal acclimation stress, minor cosmetic damage, yellowing of older leaves, or leaf loss during shipping.
- Issues resulting from improper acclimation, care, or growing conditions after delivery.
Tissue Culture Disclaimer
Tissue cultures are living plants and may vary in size, appearance, root development, and leaf count. Minor imperfections are normal and do not qualify for an exchange.
